In December 2020 and February 2021, French comrades DJ Snake and Malaa would merge their sound in two monumental Secret Room meetings. Well, the time has come for the conversion of the URL to the IRL, and the Parisian powerhouses are accordingly using their Secret Room livestream foundations to inform their latest in-person initiative, the DJ SNAKE B2B MALAA North American mini-tour, consisting of five dates across five cities.
Kicking off on July 29 at the former Pilsen factory—now a massive music venue known as Radius in Chicago— the duo’s 2021 run also includes appearances at Mission Ballroom in Denver, HARD Summer in San Bernardino, Echostage at the nation’s capital, and Emerge Warehouse in Oakland, California. The longtime friends plan to deliver a full-scale exposé of their combined talents at each venue, likely supplemented by some moombahton and trap, a uniform pour of tech and G-house, and the undeniable swagger of two of France’s finest. Tickets to the b2b tour will be available for purchase on June 29.
